The Corps of Engineers “Outflow Campground” is located next to the the trail at Confluence, PA at the base of the Youghiogheny River Dam.

ReserveAmerica has named the Youghiogheny Outflow Campground in Confluence as one of America's Top 100 Family Campgrounds of 2006. The only campground in Pennsylvania to make the list.
